Мне кажется, что основные силы надо бросить на организацию offline общения, так как в сети существует уже довольно большое число удобных форумов, посвященных java, где тусуется большое число хороших специалистов и заманивать их сюда нет смысла.

Поддерживаю lucker. Форум это конечно хорошо, но факт стоит принять - в сети действительно есть большое число хорошо развитых форумов по Java (достаточно просто посмотреть на количество топиков на винграде). Конечно, здесь тоже пусть будет свой, но самой главной его целью как мне кажется должно быть обсуждение того, что касается именно community. Встречи, где что происходит в Минске и в РБ (по Java), и т.д. и т.п.
